Job Description
Transform donor relationships at Indwell as a Senior Manager of Donor Experience in Hamilton. Engage with major donors and drive successful fundraising campaigns within a faith-aligned organization.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Communications and focuses on major gift relationships and comprehensive fund development strategies. You will collaborate with staff in multiple regions to enhance Indwell's fundraising capacity and support its mission. Successful candidates will possess strong fundraising, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of fund development programs
• Work with staff to promote operational fundraising initiatives
• Develop compelling materials for capital campaigns
• Manage major donor portfolios, focusing on engagement
• Identify and nurture new major donor prospects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area
