Job Description
- Responsible for SMT Engineering Department and Organization Management, Headcount Resource plan and MFG overall process definition and control, KPI index setup and achievement.
- Establish good working relationship with Customer and PCBA process team.
- Control the PCBA E2E RFTY yield rate and daily output (OEE) to ensure the production commitment from Customer’s demand.
- New SMT process technical knowledge and related automation proposal transfers to internal team.
- Responsible for overall PCBA performances to meet Customer’s requirements, manage day to day operations to meet production plan.
- Create relevant management reporting to support the project with high data accuracy on daily and weekly meeting.
- Process control & optimization and improvement consistently, reduce MOH cost included Equipment/ Fixture/ Spare parts/ Consumable parts for lean orientation, leading internal cross functional team to do DOE with customer and ou...
