Job Summary

Senior Manager – Legal (Procurement) will be responsible for providing support in review, negotiation, and management of procurement contracts (supplier/vendor facing) i.e., the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. What a typical day looks like:

Review different procurement contracts and other related legal documents and ensure compliance of Flex’s internal risk parameters and achievement of business objectives.
