About the role: What's in the Box
The Senior Launch Manager is a critical, hands-on role responsible for the successful execution of all new hardware installations, new building launches, and decommissioning projects across our network. You will serve as the primary project owner, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure seamless operational readiness and minimal business disruption. This position requires a strong blend of technical acumen, project management discipline, and stakeholder communication expertise.

Serve as the primary point of contact from the Global Value Stream organization for all new facility launches for expansions, major hardware deployments, and site decommissioning activities.
