Responsibilities

• Provide staff in a targeted and cost effective manner
• Ensure all staff are continuously developed, so that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to fully contribute in achieving the company vision, mission, aims and objectives
• Ensure effective communication with employees representatives and social peace
• Maintain and improve work environment and working conditions, wellness and health of employees
