Job Description
Position OverviewReporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Senior Manager, Human Resources will work with leaders and their teams to directly define and implement people strategies that are aligned with business plans. They will provide business partnering support while developing and implementing leading practice across the organization related to HR programs (Total Rewards, Colleague Engagement, Performance Development, etc.) and ensure HR compliance.
