Role - Senior Manager - HR Operations
Location - Bangalore - Hybrid
Experience - 12+yrs
We are looking for someone with strong experience in US HR Operations, preferably having worked in a Global Shared Services environment, supporting areas such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Total Rewards, Leave of Absence, Learning Administration, etc.
The candidate should also be ready to work in a mid-shift (12 PM - 10 PM, flexible) and possess strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with the US People Services leadership team.
It is not a complete night shift. We are looking for someone who is willing to have a 4-5-hour overlap with US time, as the person will be handling US HR Operations. Cab facility there.
