Overview
As the Senior Manager, HEF Digitization, you will lead the execution and success of the prioritized Linx Replacement Program to modernize Home Equity Financing (HEF) and achieve a seamless end‑to‑end experience for advisors and clients. You will support the HEF Digitization Product Owner in realizing the vision, OKRs, and strategic alignment across business, change management, digital, operations, and technology stakeholders.

- Serve as the primary resolution point for workstreams and act as a Business & Technology SME for Linx Replacement initiatives.
