Position Summary…
Te Senior Manager, Energy Project Development leads the energy strategy and coordination for Walmart new store buildouts. This role serves as the primary Energy partner to Realty, Construction, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, Procurement, utilities, developers, vendors, and other external stakeholders. The role evaluates energy requirements and opportunities early in the new store and supply chain process, supports capital approvals, and coordinates energy‑related scope through execution and go‑live readiness.
The Energy Project Development team drives Walmart’s commitment to advancing clean energy and reducing emissions across operations. Focused on delivering 10 GW of clean energy by 2030, the team collaborates with real estate, supply chain, transportation, and other areas to implement innovative energy solutions.
