Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and oversee multiple electrical engineering and T&D projects from project initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies to enhance operational efficiency, project performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, risks, resource allocation, and overall performance, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions where required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery, engineering quality, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
