Senior Manager, Development | MAF Properties | Head Office
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Development Manager – Shopping Malls oversees mall development and redevelopment projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, development strategies, and governance requirements. The role supports the evaluation of new opportunities through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, while coordinating across internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated projects and enhance retail and lifestyle offerings.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across complex mixed-use developments, managing project workstreams from feasibility and planning through execution and handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Development, Leasing, Asset Management, Design, Operations, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle & Entertainment, Finance, and external partners to ensure integrated project delivery.
