Job Summary
Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and external vendors to support compensation planning, benefits administration, job evaluation, and HR transformation initiatives while enhancing employee experience.
