In this role you will:
  • Help stand up Enterprise Change Management CoE and help deliver and evolve the mandate which includes and is not limited to:

  • Help develop and maintain enterprise change management standards, governance and promote consistent application of standards:
    Support the creation and ongoing refinement of methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and toolkits.
    Oversee the development of learning pathways and certification (internal and/or external) to build enterprise capability.
    Drive alignment and scale enterprise change management best practices

  • Scale change management capabilities through learning and practitioner support
    Partner with Learning and other internal change partners to design, develop and scale high impact change management tools, self-serve resources, and change management learning / training Engage external partners as needed to modernize practices (e.g., agility, huma...
