Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Category Management, Direct to Consumer (MX), reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, DtC, is the lead for the Mobile (MX) division and external customers. The incumbent is accountable for DtC revenue (Samsung Brand Stores, S.com/Apps), key customer strategies and category profitability. This role is key to aligning with the Mobile Business division product category goals and objectives, and to meeting market‑share growth targets. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing Mobile OMNI‑channel business, working closely to develop new sell‑out platform initiatives, leveraging marketing and media to increase customer loyalty, retention, and new acquisition/switching. This role has overall accountability to all channel sales—including consumer, EPP, B2B, Marketplace, ShopAPP, and stores—to ensure consistent execution, merchandising, and promotional planning that addresses key personalization and segmentation strategies.
