Proven track record in cabinet design and leading shop floor operations, including material handling, procurement, integration stores, production planning, and supervising system integrators to ensure timely completion. Skilled in guiding and supporting teams during pre-FAT and FAT activities, while ensuring adherence to dispatch timelines. Demonstrates strong people management abilities and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Committed to maintaining a full-time presence on integration and staging floors, with flexibility for travel as required. Shall report to GM - Operation (Staging and Integration Leader).
