As a Senior Engineering Manager (Portfolio Experiences), you will be a senior technology leader within Personal Investor Technology and a core member of tIT leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering Vanguard’s portfolio guidance experiences, including Portfolio Watch, Portfolio Health Check, and high-impact Team initiatives.You will lead large, cross-functional engineering teams to deliver connected, personalised, and guidance-driven digital experiences that directly improve client investment outcomes. This role requires a strong combination of strategic leadership, deep full-stack engineering expertise, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-partner environments. You will partner closely with Product, UX, Data, Behavioural Science, and platform teams to translate technology decisions into measurable business and client impact while driving engineering excellence at scale.
