About the Role

Delivery and implementation of the strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency.
  • Leads Activation and Productivity activities by ensuring execution of programs for Agency Migration in his/her respective region.
