Job Description
The Senior Manager (Admin) leads the transformation of procurement and administrative operations within the Arts & Culture Division (ACD), with a focus on establishing division-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Senior Manager ensures that ACD's operational foundations are future‑ready, compliant with government guidelines, and capable of supporting the division's growing portfolio of community programmes and events. Beyond transformation work, the Senior Manager plays a key part in the operation aspects to bring the annual Chingay parade to life, taking on different operational responsibilities in the lead‑up to and during the parade to ensure its smooth delivery. Through these varied contributions, the Senior Manager supports ACD in delivering meaningful, high‑quality community experiences that advance PA's mission of building and bridging communities.
