Job Description
Makani Real Estate, Abu Dhabi/Al Ain portfolio, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day mall and retail property operations across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The role drives operational, financial and service performance, overseeing tenants, facilities, safety, maintenance and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in shopping mall or retail property operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM systems.
