Job Description
Randstad Malaysia is recruiting a Leasing Manager for a reputable shopping mall in Penang. You will lead market research, develop a leasing plan, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in mall leasing, a relevant degree, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset plus strong communication and leadership.
You will source tenants, negotiate leases, coordinate fit‑outs, prepare regular performance reports, and collaborate with operations and partners.
