Responsible to complete light maintenance, repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner. Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of reach of children. Possess advanced mechanical knowledge, and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges. Ability to work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals required.
