Position Objectives

The Senior Maintenance Executive will support the Operations Manager in the day‑to‑day management of the maintenance, asset tagging compliance/updates, security & office operations and materials management.

Job Description Maintenance

• To examine building to determine needs for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and make recommendations to the Operations Manager.
• To investigate damages to facilities, determine responsibility and assess charges for damages.
• To coordinate repair and maintenance of all mechanical & electrical equipment, plumbing, fire safety equipment and system.
• To develop and maintain a list of all equipment with or requiring warranty.
• To ensure proper documentation of all premises defects and repairs.
• To be responsible for upkeep and maintenance/repair of the building, grounds and all equipment.
