Senior Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Manager Experience: 10+ Years Industry: Solar PV Module Manufacturing Professional Experience Over 10 years of experience in maintenance of solar PV module manufacturing equipment. Expertise in preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of fully and semi-automatic production lines. Hands-on experience with Stringer Machines, Layup Stations, Bussing Machines, Laminators, Framing Machines, Junction Box Fixing Machines, EL Testers, Hi-Pot Testers, Flash Testers, IV Testers, Cleaning Machines, and Packing Lines. Responsible for maximizing machine uptime and achieving production targets through effective maintenance planning.
