Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- To establish a controlled fiber cable assembly process and document in the system.
- Equipment Control and Preventive Maintenance.
- Generate and implement VA's to guide production properly execute termination process and meet product specification.
- Failure analysis of 100Gig/VOA test fall outs from line and fiber cable defects. Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
- Responsible for qualification of assembly process and parts for new product requirements.
- Ensure all equipment operating at optimal level and minimize equipment down time.
- Responsible for periodic preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
- Improve assembly process ergonomic and efficiency thru simplification of process flow.
- Manage spare parts inventory and replenish as needed.
