Nordea Life & Pension Finland is a Finnish life insurance company part of the Nordea Group. We focus on life insurance, savings and pension products, and our IT organization is dedicated to these domains. We are a small company with close collaboration, short decision paths, and strong ownership in day‑to‑day work. The role also requires working across shared platforms and processes within the larger Nordea Group. We are building our AI capability alongside data scientists, developers, and MLOps. Technical ownership—including architecture, standards, and engineering direction—is assigned to senior engineers.
