Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Profile Requirements:
- Min 4 Years in similar settlement role
- Strong Customer Service background
- Understanding of settlement and mortgage lodgment processes
- Experience meeting strict SLA and settlement deadlines
- Knowledge of PEXA platform
Core responsibilities:
- Settlement pipeline management and associated follow up
- Preparation of Loan Offer and Mortgage Documentation
- Ensure outstanding supporting documentation is received before settlement
- Liaising with banks and solicitors to facilitate the settlement process
