- Lead the lifeguard team during each shift.
- Supervise swimming pool safety and operations.
- Coordinate emergency rescue operations.
- Prepare weekly duty rosters.
- Conduct induction and emergency response training.
- Ensure all rescue equipment and first aid equipment are operational.
- Maintain staff certifications and training records.
- Prepare incident reports and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with NUS safety procedures and SOPs.
- Cover meal breaks and coordinate manpower deployment.
Requirements
- Relevant swimming pool operations experience.
- Bronze Medallion (Singapore Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
- Valid Standard First Aid + CPR + AED certification.
- Knowledge of spinal injury management and oxygen resuscitation.
- Able to communicate and write in English.
