What the day will look like
Apply legal, business, and analytical skills to all legal matters within the Business, including:
+ Drafting and reviewing of a range of commercial agreements (including Service Agreements, proposals, Non-Disclosure Agreements, RFPs / RFIs, employment, licensing)
+ Participate in client contract negotiations, where necessary
+ Interact with internal teams, including operations, business development, finance to draft / review SOW and with HR and IT teams for a range of key strategic business initiatives where legal support is required
