Job Description
EROAD Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to join our in‑house team for a 12‑month parental leave cover. You’ll support commercial transactions, privacy, risk and IP across New Zealand, Australia and North America.
Working closely with the General Counsel, you’ll draft and negotiate contracts, manage disputes, and advise senior stakeholders on legal risk while balancing business objectives in a fast‑paced tech environment.
