The Senior Legal Counsel will engage with the License Appeal Tribunal and craft compelling submissions, ensuring proactive and pragmatic resolutions. Your expertise will directly support Intact's goal of indemnity and expense control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accident benefits disputes throughout their lifecycle
• Appear before the License Appeal Tribunal and prepare submissions
• Coach colleagues inside and outside your department
• Control indemnity while aiming for solution-oriented outcomes
• Collaborate with legal professionals on claims assessment
