The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for ensuring that De Guzman's Group's legal matters, including contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions, are effectively managed in alignment with the organization's goals and are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role provides key support to the Vice President, mitigates legal risks, and maintains legal and ethical standards throughout all business areas requiring legal oversight.
