    The role
    Reporting to the Managing Director - Property, the Senior Lease Administrator's key duties will include:
  • Preparing lease documents
  • Prepare monthly rent roll and manage & approve property related invoices
  • Inputting leases into database accurately
  • Review all annuals rent increases
  • Performing ad hoc research and investigation
