Job Description Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals. Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources. Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts or external trainers as needed.
