Senior Lead Data Scientist, Analytics Platform and Solution Development

Location: Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland. Hybrid work model available.

What you’ll do

• Define and build the intelligence layer using AI/ML for predictive, prescriptive, and optimization solutions.
• Participate in the design and development of a scalable analytics platform and analytics solutions for multiple digital services and use cases.
• Design the consumption layer enabling dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and platform capabilities (e.g., Databricks, AWS).
