ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with stakeholders to address all aspects of procurement management for Contract Manufacturer (CM), including pricing, procurement support, supplier management, supply-base strategy, market trends assessment, etc.
• Understand business service needs, request for quotation, negotiate pricing, commercial and supply agreements with suppliers.
• Set up should cost study and lead quarterly negotiation with suppliers to achieve quarterly and yearly cost reduction.
• Manage overall cost with CM, roll-up BOM cost, monitor NRE and other special charges.
• Negotiate legal contracts such as NDA, GPA with suppliers.
