Job Description
- Coordinate multiple disciplines in large-scale projects with both technical and managerial capabilities.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with teams to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules. And facilitate collaboration and communication across all project stakeholders.
- Assist to create the design report and presentation for projects.
- Manage a project’s design deliverables and construction lifecycle.
- Represent the team at official project meetings for presentation of design, coordination works with other consultants and, where applicable, including contractors for construction work.
- Carry out coordination work with client, consultants and/or contractors.
- Oversee the preparation of technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications.
