In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across a highly unionized organization, providing expert guidance on labour relations, collective agreement interpretation, grievance management, workplace investigations, performance management, attendance management, accommodations, return-to-work planning, and organizational change.
We're seeking a seasoned labour relations professional with strong experience in unionized environments, including collective agreement administration, grievance resolution, arbitration support, employment legislation, and workplace investigations.
