Senior Labour and Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Calgary, AB. Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Travel 10–25%. Multi‑site support.
Overview
High Tide requires a HR professional to support various entities under High Tide Inc. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will assist in implementing HR policies and programs related to recruitment, onboarding, investigations, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS implementation, health and safety, WCB/EHT, and administrative duties including filing of correspondences, resumes, receipts and related records. The role also ensures accurate preliminary payroll reporting, time sheets, spreadsheets, compliance with federal and provincial regulations and company policies. The incumbent works with HR onboarding to expand the department.
