Job Description
Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud. We seek an L3 / Escalation Support Engineer to own complex customer issues and drive permanent fixes across Linux, networking, GPU/CUDA, and cloud infrastructure.
You will act as the bridge to SRE/Compute/R&D, lead incident handling, conduct post-incident reviews, and mentor junior engineers while participating in on-call rotations within a fast-growing, inclusive team.
