- Male
- Graduate of any relevant course
- With at least 4 years of combined kitchen and supervisory experience
- Has effective interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills
- Must be punctual, dependable, flexible and with initiative
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
