The role sits at the heart of the platform, building and optimising high-performance, real-time trading infrastructure operating at global scale. Exceptional C++ engineers with relevant low-latency experience are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Design, develop and optimise low-latency Java-based trading systems Build high-throughput, real-time components supporting exchange and matching engine functionality Analyse and improve system performance, latency and resilience Collaborate with globally distributed, multi-lingual engineering and infrastructure teams Contribute to the reliability and scalability of 24/7 mission-critical systems
