$102,200 - $125,000 CAD per year Discretionary variable compensation available based on performance. Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior to senior developers within the team. Contribute code, design foundations for features, and maintain quality code consistently with standards. Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to gather feedback, shape technical requirements, and maintain an accurate roadmap. Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post‑production deployment; review peer code. Participate in scope assessment, risk and cost analysis, and adhere to enterprise delivery practices. Consult with clients and/or project teams on development issues as subject‑matter expert.
