Job Description
Tech Lead – Core Payment Team
Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Hours: 37.5 per week
Pay: $102,200 - $125,000 CAD per year
Discretionary variable compensation available based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior to senior developers within the team.
- Contribute code, design foundations for features, and maintain quality code consistently with standards.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to gather feedback, shape technical requirements, and maintain an accurate roadmap.
- Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post‑production deployment; review peer code.
- Participate in scope assessment, risk and cost analysis, and adhere to enterprise delivery practices.
- Consult with clients and/or project teams on development issues as subject‑matter expert.
