Job Description We are looking for a Senior IT Software Developer to drive the design and implementation of high-impact software solutions. In this role, you will take a leading technical position—transforming complex requirements into robust, high-quality systems through collaborative development and rigorous testing. Analyze requirements and assist the PM with technical insights and expertise Design systems that respect both the user requirements and team internal goals Lead by example by testing and documenting your solutions Be a team player, help and instruct other team members Evaluate existing solutions and propose improvements where you see fit.
