Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream IT programs at the client's Information Systems Department. The role engages C-level stakeholders, governs multi-year strategic initiatives, and owns programmatic delivery across infrastructure, applications, security, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and govern multi-stream IT programs with consolidated budgets above QAR 20M.

- Own portfolio-level risk and dependency management across concurrent projects.

- Engage end-client C-level stakeholders (Director, Manager-ISD level) and relevant Qatar government bodies and vendors.

- Define and govern program-level financial models, benefits realisation, and value tracking.

- Build and lead matrixed delivery teams of 20+ resources.
