The Role
Senior IT Operations Specialist is responsible for operating, maintaining, and continuously improving the platforms and workflows that enable Axonifiers to do their best work. This role goes beyond day-to-day support — the Senior IT Operations Specialist develops deep expertise in assigned systems including identity, device management, and SaaS platforms, and is expected to think like builders, identifying opportunities to automate manual work, improve operational workflows, and contribute to a more scalable and reliable IT environment.
