Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
The Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist will serve as the primary technical lead for desktop and end-user infrastructure within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) environment. You will be the single point of contact for rapid service restoration while proactively managing a diverse fleet of Windows and macOS devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Tier2.5 Infrastructure Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex user issues, triaging incidents across infrastructure, database, and application layers.
- Hybrid Device Management: Manage and maintain the Desktop Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for both Windows and macOS fleets using enterprise-grade MDM solutions.
- Proactive System Monitoring: Perform daily proactive health checks of the infrastructure and 40+ core business applications to prevent downtime.
