1. Infrastructure Back End for IT & OT (Information Technology & Operational Technology): responsible for 24x7 excellent service & operational management, optimal IT infrastructure architecture & system design, implementation and sustaining.
- Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & operation excellence for HcP's IT Infrastructure including servers, database, networking, infra platforms, etc.
- Perform service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, solution provision, incident & problem management, change management for IT infra topics at plant.
- Responsible for capacity planning, budgeting, project management, IT asset management, DRP/ BCP, and continuous improvement for responsible services
