Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the IT budget (Budget vs. Actual).
• Support the annual IT budgeting process.
• Consolidate financial reports and variance analyses (forecast, variances, provisions, and optimizations).
• Support CAPEX and OPEX management for the IT area.
• Structure, document, and improve IT processes.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit guidelines.
• Define, monitor, and report IT performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs).
• Create executive dashboards to track the area’s performance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for the IT area.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Manage evidence for controls and processes.
