Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Engineer to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will provide support to our clients customers via, phone, email and remote support tools. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer IT related queries. Occasionally you will be required to visit customers sites for troubleshooting, project-related work, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to investigate and resolve customer technical issues.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and network upgrades.
